Ball valve is used for cut-off, divide and change the media flowing direction. 2 pieces ball valve, 3 pieces ball valve is new type ball valve and wildly used recently years.
Ballvalve is the valve of on-off part(ball) drived by valve stem, and do rotary action surround the ball valve shaft. It also can used for adjust and control of liquid. In the midle, harden seal v type ball valve, its strong cut off power between the v type ball and overweldig harden alloy valve seat, is especially used for media with fibre, mirco solid particle, etc. Muilt port ball valve used on pipe line is not only control the media's confluence, bypass flow and flow direction change, but also can close any pass to conect the other two pass way.
Pneumatic ball valve has many features compared with other type valve:
1. The thrust bering reduces the friction torque of valve stem, which can make the long-term operation of valve stem stable and flexible.
2. Anti electricalstatic function
3. Seal material has good self lubricant ablity, its friction loss is less, so the pneumatic ball valve lifetime is longer.
4. Low flow resistance: Pneumatic ball valve is the min flow resistance in all the valves.
5. Valve stem seal is stable.
6. Seal ability of vale stem is good.
7. Compact structure, small volume, light weight.
8. Easy operated, on-off quickly, easy to control of long distance.
